French Press
Coffee ground for the French Press – a vessel that is a glass cylinder with a lid and a plunger ending in a strainer. Add coffee to it, pour hot water over it, stir and leave it for half a minute. Then fill the vessel with water, stir two – three times, cover and after three minutes lower the plunger.

Electric brewer

Ground coffee under a percolator – a device consisting of a lockable jug, a funnel and a filter into which coffee is poured. Fill the pitcher with the right amount of water, place a funnel with a filter on the bottom. The pressure generated during heating raises the water, which many times flows through the coffee at the top.

Drip

Pour the ground coffee under the drip, or “overflow”, into a cone equipped with a filter. Pour hot water, which seeps through the coffee and drips into any vessel. The dripper can have different shapes and be made of different materials, but the principle of operation is always the same.

AeroPress

Ground coffee for the AeroPress – a plastic device composed of a cylinder, into which you insert a plunger. Pour coffee into the open cylinder, pour boiling water over it and cap it with a filter strainer. After a while, turn the device over, apply it to the dish and press the plunger.

Chemex

Ground coffee for the Chemex – an iconic glass vessel resembling an hourglass shape. In the upper part of the brewer, place a disposable, moistened paper filter, add the ground coffee, which is poured with hot water. The brew drips for about three minutes into the bottom of the Chemex.

Espresso

Medium ground coffee under a flask coffee maker. First we heat water and a flask, into which we pour the appropriate amount of coffee. The flask should be lightly tapped against the tabletop, and then pressed down using a tamper. The brewing time should not exceed 30 seconds, which will avoid “overcooking” the coffee.

Turkish coffee

Coffee for Turkish brewing must be very finely ground. Pour it into a pot along with sugar and spices, add cold water and heat it, without letting it boil. When it begins to boil, cool the brew, and then heat it twice more.
