Balanced, repeatable and powerful
We all have different sources of power. Rigello Crema bean coffee gets its coffee from Asian Robusta beans, which are really high in caffeine by nature. At the same time, it takes care to maintain a balance of strength – a delicate caramel sweetness balances the bitterness, which is the result of a slightly stronger roasting than in other coffees from our roaster.
Strength "4":Coffee beans with a strength of 4 give a wake-up effect thanks to the addition of Robusta. These beans are characterized by a high caffeine content. In addition, the average coffee roast degree keeps the coffee strong and energizing.
Coffee roast "Full City":Full City roasting is defined as medium dark. The grains are mostly covered with oils and have a beautiful shine. The coffee beans are dark brown in color and practically free of acidity. It is dominated by aromas of chocolate, dark caramel and roasted walnuts. The caffeine content is lower than in the case of medium roasted coffees, so you can drink it regardless of the time of day.
Acidity "Low":Low acidity (has nothing to do with sourness) is characteristic of heavily roasted coffees. The low acidity is also influenced by the large addition of Robusta, which hides the acidic, fruity notes contained in Arabica. Low-acid coffees have an intense chocolate flavor with caramel notes, sometimes a slight bitterness can be felt.

Brewed by classic and alternative methods will taste distinct, while prepared in an espresso machine will repay with a beautiful crema, that is, a layer of foam on the surface of the drink. We make all our blends from grains of this year’s harvest. We also burn all of them on a regular basis. This is the secret of flavor, but also a condition for obtaining a thick, dense crema. The beans are fresh, “fat”, properly roasted and have been aged exactly as long as needed. If you want a spectacular instagram crema, brew a freshly roasted Rigello Crema in a pressure machine. Don’t you have one? Don’t worry! We have composed our blends so that they taste good regardless of the brewing method.
