Specialty quality coffee Papua New Guinea Simbu – what can you expect from it?
Papua New Guinea is considered one of the last corners on our Earth that still hides so many secrets. It is here, in the unique Simbu region, that the coffee plants grow, from which we extract the Arabica beans that are then used in our freshly roasted Papua New Guinea Simbu coffee. This coffee is grown and processed naturally, using the wet method, which gives it a light body and low acidity, which we can compare to the taste of red wine.
We can see the beaming smile on your face when we started telling you about our Papua New Guinea Simbu single origin coffee. Let us tell you something more about its taste. Dozens of wonderful flavor notes are hidden in these exceptional Arabica beans, among which dominate the light hint of orange and the sweetness coming from the aroma of toffee and nuts. Such an interesting flavor combination means that you can use Papua New Guinea Simbu coffee not only for brewing classic espresso, but also for creamy specialties with the addition of milk.

Strength "3":3 is a medium strength coffee. It includes Arabica without the addition of Robusta, with a medium coffee roast. As a result, the mild grains do not lose too much caffeine and are slightly stimulating.
Coffee roast "City":City stands for medium roast degree - it is the most common roast degree of coffee beans. The beans are brown in color - darker than Medium and lighter than City +. It has clear fruity aromas broken with light chocolate and caramel. The taste of the coffee is balanced, and the caffeine content allows for an energetic "kick".
Acidity "Low":Low acidity (has nothing to do with sourness) is characteristic of heavily roasted coffees. The low acidity is also influenced by the large addition of Robusta, which hides the acidic, fruity notes contained in Arabica. Low-acid coffees have an intense chocolate flavor with caramel notes, sometimes a slight bitterness can be felt.
