Balanced freshly-roasted coffee
Rigello Grand Espresso is a perfectly balanced flavor of Arabica and extraordinary strength of Robusta. Thanks to full city + roasting, the coffee is virtually free of acidity. However, this blend is dominated by other flavors. The first thing your palate will feel is the taste of high-quality dark chocolate. After savoring for a while, you will sense a slightly caramel aftertaste broken at the same time by sweet blueberries. Grand Espresso is definitely a coffee for intense mornings. Due to its high Robusta content, it is better not to drink it in the evenings, as you may have trouble falling asleep.
Strength "5":5 is the strongest type of coffee with a large amount of caffeine-rich Robusta. Contrary to what is believed, strong coffee is not very dark. In order not to lose its strength, it must not be roasted too much. As a result, stronger coffees have a slight acidity of the fruit.
Coffee roast "Full City":Full City roasting is defined as medium dark. The grains are mostly covered with oils and have a beautiful shine. The coffee beans are dark brown in color and practically free of acidity. It is dominated by aromas of chocolate, dark caramel and roasted walnuts. The caffeine content is lower than in the case of medium roasted coffees, so you can drink it regardless of the time of day.
Acidity "Low":Low acidity (has nothing to do with sourness) is characteristic of heavily roasted coffees. The low acidity is also influenced by the large addition of Robusta, which hides the acidic, fruity notes contained in Arabica. Low-acid coffees have an intense chocolate flavor with caramel notes, sometimes a slight bitterness can be felt.
Grand Espresso – the perfect coffee for milk
Do you enjoy savoring the taste of a light cappuccino, and creating a layered latte is as much fun as drinking it? Grand Espresso, made from beans sourced from Brazil and Vietnam, is an ideal base for milk coffees. A well-chosen coffee for milk will ensure that it does not lose its flavor notes, but only acquires a milky character. You can prepare black coffee in different ways. Grand Espresso beans are recommended more for automatic and pour-over machines. However, nothing prevents you from making it in a dripper, french press or aeropress. We also recommend it as a vending coffee.
