Organic coffees in sets
You will find delicate Arabica Bio 100%, strong Espresso Bio and perfectly balanced Crema Bio. Rigello Arabica Bio 100% is a mild coffee infused with diverse flavors. It was created from Arabica beans from sunny plantations in Honduras. It will make the perfect afternoon black coffee. Rigello Espresso Bio is a strong coffee blend of Arabica and Robusta in equal proportions. Its beans come from organic crops in Honduras and India. It has a distinct chocolate flavor and blends perfectly with milk. Rigello Crema Bio is a citrus and nut blend of Arabica (70%) and Robusta (30%). It is a combination of delicate flavor and a subtle dose of power. It will work well for small black, but also for light milk coffees.
Strength "4":Coffee beans with a strength of 4 give a wake-up effect thanks to the addition of Robusta. These beans are characterized by a high caffeine content. In addition, the average coffee roast degree keeps the coffee strong and energizing.
Strength "5":5 is the strongest type of coffee with a large amount of caffeine-rich Robusta. Contrary to what is believed, strong coffee is not very dark. In order not to lose its strength, it must not be roasted too much. As a result, stronger coffees have a slight acidity of the fruit.
Coffee roast "City":City stands for medium roast degree - it is the most common roast degree of coffee beans. The beans are brown in color - darker than Medium and lighter than City +. It has clear fruity aromas broken with light chocolate and caramel. The taste of the coffee is balanced, and the caffeine content allows for an energetic "kick".
Coffee roast "Full City":Full City roasting is defined as medium dark. The grains are mostly covered with oils and have a beautiful shine. The coffee beans are dark brown in color and practically free of acidity. It is dominated by aromas of chocolate, dark caramel and roasted walnuts. The caffeine content is lower than in the case of medium roasted coffees, so you can drink it regardless of the time of day.
Acidity "Medium":Arabica blends with a small addition of Robusta are characterized by medium acidity. You can sense a slight acidity in a medium-roasted blends that allow the fruity notes to survive. In this type of coffee, you will feel, above all, light chocolate and nut notes with a sour finish.

All the blends you will find in the set are freshly roasted coffee that will come to you straight from our roaster. You can prepare it with your favorite method: in an espresso machine, drip, café, french press or Turkish. If you don’t have a way to grind coffee at home, choose ground coffee specifically for your machine.
